Nyx Hotel Prague By Leonardo Hotels

I recently stayed at the Nyx Hotel in Prague and it was definitely worth the money! The room had everything I needed and even had a coffee machine and plenty of bathroom amenities. The location was fantastic, just a short walk from the Central station, and the staff were super friendly and always willing to help.

Breakfast choices could have been better, but overall a great stay.

Perfect Location, friendly staff, comfortable room and well cleaned. Cozy atmosphere with a nice surprise for our anniversary. Dim lights added to the ambiance. Smart TV made our late nights enjoyable. Can't thank them enough!

Great design and location. Well-appointed rooms with super showers and comfortable beds. Breakfast space has quirky design and extensive buffet choices. Good temperature control and modern decor. Nice artwork and makeup mirror with complimentary water provided.

We really enjoyed this place, it has VERY GOOD location and staff. Late check out too.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in the heart of Prague. The location is absolutely perfect, right at the city center near the main shopping area. The staff were welcoming and helpful, providing recommendations for bars and restaurants nearby. The rooms were just like in the pictures, with comfy beds and amazing soundproof. I also loved the breakfast, which had many options included.

room size discrepancy

The location of the hotel is fantastic, within walking distance of both the new and old city. The tram and metro stations are also conveniently located nearby. Staff at the reception were polite and helpful, always ready to assist with any problems. The hotel itself is clean and well-maintained. Additionally, the breakfast provided was satisfying, with attentive staff constantly cleaning the tables.

The hotel is conveniently located just a short stroll away from the main square, making it easy to explore the city on foot. The rooms are clean and well-equipped, ensuring a comfortable stay. The staff are friendly and helpful, providing excellent service throughout our visit.

There were some issues with noise from the surrounding area, such as loud closing doors and the noise of trams passing by, which occasionally disturbed our sleep.

The air conditioning in the room didn't work during the winter months, resulting in a hot and uncomfortable sleep. the beds were not very comfortable, with two single beds pushed together.

The hotel offers excellent service, with room service, car hire, and housekeeping available. The staff are super friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay special - they even upgraded our room and left a birthday card and champagne for my girlfriend's 21st birthday. The amenities in the room are top-notch, with a separate tub and shower, free toiletries, a microwave, and an electric kettle. The entertainment options are great, with a jacuzzi and a TV room available for guests to unwind. The hotel also offers Wi-Fi, luggage storage, and a 24-hour reception. our experience at this hotel was fantastic. We will definitely be coming back!
